How long does a typical CCTV installation take?
A 4-camera home setup is usually completed in a single day. 8–16 camera commercial installs take 1–3 days depending on cabling complexity and number of floors.
Do you supply the cameras or do I buy them?
We supply genuine Hikvision, CP Plus and Dahua hardware with full manufacturer warranty. We can also install client-supplied cameras if preferred.
Can I view cameras from my phone when I'm away?
Yes. We configure remote viewing on iOS and Android via the manufacturer apps. Footage stays accessible from anywhere with internet.
What about power outages?
We recommend a small UPS for the NVR/DVR — included in our commercial packages. Cameras themselves recover automatically when power returns.
Do you cover Mumbai and Thane, not just Navi Mumbai?
Yes. Our studio is in Koparkhairane and we regularly service Vashi, Thane, Panvel and Mumbai City. Travel is included in the quote.
What does the AMC actually cover?
Quarterly preventive checks, firmware updates, free on-call support for camera or DVR/NVR issues, and discounted hardware replacement.
